The casting news never seems to end with CW's 'Arrow.' It seems they've added another familiar DC character to guest star. Amy Gumenick (Supernatural) has been cast to play Carrie Cutter aka Cupid in episodes six and seven when 'Arrow' returns for season three. Cupid has a deadly obsession with Green Arrow in the comics, and it'll be fun to see that play out...maybe not so much for Ollie.
Joining Gumenick, is former 'Glee' star Nolan Funk. He'll be portraying Felicity's hacker ex-boyfriend from her days at MIT. Charlotte Ross was previously cast as Smoak's mother and I have a feeling (an obvious one) all of this will play out during Felicity's flashback/origin episode titled "The Secret Origin of Felicity Smoak" which was previously titled "Oracle."
Season 3 of 'Arrow' returns to the CW on October 8th, 2014 and sees returning stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, Katie Cassidy as Laurel Lance, David Ramsey as John Diggle, Willa Holland as Thea Queen, Paul Blackthorne as Quentin Lance, Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak, Colton Haynes as Roy Harper, Caity Lotz as Sara Lance aka The Canary, and John Barrowman as Malcolm Merlyn. Guest stars this season include Rila Fukushima as Tatsu Yamashiro aka Katana, Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer aka The Atom, Matt Ward as Simon Lacroix aka Komodo, and J.R. Ramirez as Ted Grant aka Wildcat.
