In spite of a poor connection, our heroes manage to discuss what they have seen so far of Marvel's latest Netflix show, "Iron Fist" as well as the new version of "Beauty and the Beast". Matt dedicates way too much time to an in joke between him and "Just 2 Pals" cohost Randy. Justin got some comics. The show ends too soon because of a bad connection that makes Justin impossible for Matt to understand.
The Geeks went and saw "Kong: Skull Island" and they have lots of thoughts! Also, why does no one fart in horror movies? That and so much more on this episode!

Justin went to a brand new convention and a Rick and Morty art show in L.A., which is a big part of this episode since geek news is still pretty slow. Matt gets grumpy about other fans being crazily fixated on Ben Affleck and "The Batman".
The Geeks welcome 2017 with good news: Justin's back and no longer homeless! He catches Matt and the listeners up on his Hollywood life and a little geek stuff is talked about, too.
Matt (sadly Justin-less) went to see "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" and had so much to say he had to keep up the 2 Broke Geeks tradition of getting fast food hamburgers and talking about the movie.
A full bevy of trailers dropped recently and Justin is homeless and has no place to podcast! Luckily, Matt is able to call on his Atomic Geekdom family for help and is joined by Jenny and Dave.
The Geeks didn't get to record because Justin's living arrangement is still unstable, but Matt didn't want to leave you hanging so presents to you an episode of another of his podcasts, "The Coffee Jelly Hour."
In this very short episode, not a whole lot is discussed. Justin updates Matt on his new living situation in Los Angels and tells about his experience at DesignerCon, Matt recaps some DC shows and mostly the guys just bullshit.
