As a geek dad who loves movies and board games, it’s important to set aside time to do both. Fortunately, I am able to geek out a lot at work with a bunch of guys who also enjoy board games and movies, but just talking about them is never sufficient. You got to play them, you got to live them, you have to make specific time to play them.
Can I just say how exceedingly excited I am for X-Men: Apocalypse? I love nearly every storyline that involved Apocalypse in the comics and now he's entering the movie universe. Not to mention my deep affection for Olivia Munn and her perfect casting as Psylocke...she looks incredible!
It still doesn't have Will Smith in it, but this new trailer for Independence Day: Resurgence has me more than a little excited. The sequel was on shaky grounds for me, but now I'm ready to see this movie!

This show just keeps getting better. Episode 303 was awesome!
After last weeks episode of Flint’s crew battling the hurricane, it appeared there was little hope for them. This episode felt so hopeless for that ship. Not only is the crew battling dehydration, starvation and no wind, but they also have to deal with a captain that is a few cards short of a deck.
Claire believes recent murders in town are supernatural and asks Sam and Dean to investigate. However, Sheriff Mills tells the guys that Claire has been getting into trouble lately and has been attacking normal people and accusing them of being monsters.
We finally got what we've been wanting since they announced the Supergirl series. CBS announced today that Flash will be crossing over to visit Supergirl in National City! Grant Gustin, who currently plays Barry Allen aka The Flash on CW's The Flash will make the trek over to CBS' Supergirl in an episode set to air on March 28th.
Last week we were introduced to the Legends of Tomorrow and this week, we see Part 2 of the pilot which gives us more Vandal Savage, and more time with the Hawks!
