Board Game Review - Takenoko
Takenoko has quickly become one of my favorites to play. The game’s concept is pretty easy to understand, and the goal is the same as most: be the person who has the most points at the end. However, there are five or so different strategies that you can take to get points, and unlike games such as Settlers or Puerto Rico, you don’t need to adapt to all strategies to win, just do one thing very well.
5 Marvel Netflix Series We Should Have
As we have seen, Netflix & Marvel have been doing a pretty good job with making darker, more serious series that are within the same universe as the films. With the success of 2 seasons of Daredevil and a season of Jessica Jones, it's no wonder they want to expand with adding Iron Fist and Luke Cage. If they can continue with these, they will need to expand on some other lesser known heroes and villains. I've decided that I would take a crack at 5 characters I think would make a good Netflix series. Of course, I am excluding The Punisher from this list mainly because it seems to possibly be in the works and really, who wouldn't want to watch that?!

Board Game Review - Bohnanza
On the surface, Bohnanza appears cheesy, simplistic, and light on strategy, but sit down at a table of experience, and it quickly turns into a loud, action packed, decision making strategy game worth playing. Another Rio Grande hit, this game offers a lot of replay ability based on how the cards come up, and how you decide to collect and earn.

Review: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
There isn't a movie out there that I've been waiting to see more than Batman v Superman. To have not just Batman and Superman on the screen at the same time but introducing Wonder Woman to the live action movie universe made my Geek spirit soar! Waiting nearly three years to see the movie that was announced at SDCC was like being a kid waiting for Christmas morning to open all those lovely looking wrapped presents. Now, it's finally here! Was the wait worth all the speculating and the premature internet anger? Let's find out! WARNING: Spoilers ahead!
Review: 10 Cloverfield Lane
Way back in 2008 a movie came out with very little mass media marketing but with this little subtle viral style of marketing. Cloverfield was meant to be a monster movie designed for America and it became something so much more. It was a universe in and of itself almost immediately. Then a few weeks ago we got this surprising and mysterious little trailer for a movie called 10 Cloverfield Lane and then the Cloverfield hysteria was awakened within me. I was exceedingly excited to see this movie and find out exactly how it was tied to Cloverfield if at all.
